OK, I'm not in training at the moment. I guess I'll have to sign up for a run at some point, but at the moment I'm just jogging for a bit of fun and to lose the extra waist I gained over the winter. So here's a weekly(?) round up of my recent runs.
Between 26 April - 02 May 2010 I went out 5 times. Ran a total of 41.4 km (or 25.9 miles) over 3 hours 55 minutes, therefore running an average 10.6 km ph (or 6.6 mph). If I were doing that in one lump that's a marathon in 3 hours 59 minutes and 52 seconds! Which would be fantastic. Maybe I'd better start to think about signing me up for a race in early August? What do you think?
