I actually had the pacience to watch only 2 minutes of that video, as it seemed to turn scary and I'm afraid of anything scientology :)
You should dig up the whole show on YouTube.
It's possible that the BBC went in with an agenda to test the Scientologist to see what they can get away with, but they certainly bite and some of the tactics used by the "cult" are very scary.
