Final run of Phase 1 completed this morning. Not as good as the last couple of runs though. 10.8 km in 1 hour, that's 6.7 mph or almost exactly 4 hours to complete a marathon. I need to get faster in training as I will inevitably slow down after the first hour or two.
I'll precis the training so far tomorrow and breifly explain the plan for phase 2.
